I would get rid of anything that allows you to replay spells from the graveyard, because that is not what this deck is about.

I like the deck, but It is better to have only sixty cards because you are more likely to get what you need. Also, you do not have nearly enough land. You should have minimum of 22 lands in a 66 card deck, approximately 1/3 should be land. Also, since some of your creatures are stronger with more forests, I would put a heavier focus on getting forests out like "Seedguide Ash" is a good one, so if you have more, I would put those in. Also, I would recommend pairing this into a one color deck, but I do not know exactly what the purpose of this deck is.
First, I do not see the need for Defiant Elf. Also, I would recommend a greater variety of elves and more land, I have found that 24 land is usually an appropriate amount of land for all decks
