This deck is based around the combo of "Palace Guards" and "Heart of Light". "Palace Guards" can block any number of Creatures and "Heart of Light" keeps it from dying. The goal is to keep yourself alive long enough to bring out the heavy hitting Eldrazi and Angels to save the day.

Heart of light received an upgrade in the form of Ghostly Possession during Innistrad. That will give your Guards flying as well at no extra cost :) I'm a big fan of Palace Guards, this will let you make them even nastier.
