Aquitect's Will is a neat card, but I think Spreading Seas is better because it turns off lands and makes them an Island. Will only makes the land an Island in addition to what it always does. Also, Spreading Seas lets you draw a card.I also think that replacing Annul for something like Negate is better because Annul is a very narrow counterspell.I could get nit picky and say that Relic of Progenitis is better over Tormod's Crypt, but I like both cards. You just gain more from Relic with the ability to tap it to remove one card, and sacrificing it lets you draw.But yea, looks like blue spells and with Delver, a classic.
