Windbrisk Heights, Spectral Procession, and Twilight Drover should find a place in this deck. also drop the overwhelm and add Overrun. its cheaper and gives trample.

i would add tutors and drop the mind stones so that you are sure to have the empty throne in hand as soon as you can cast it, and as your deck is all enchantments you could pull out what ever you want.

prision term, and more removal for the things that are to dangerous to let sitting around.

maybe a Cumber Stone to slow them down a bit more and help protect your side.

if the dragon gets countered the goblins don't get eaten. that only happens after the dragon comes into play, not if its countered.

if you want look at my goblin deck for some ideas. it works great.

rift elemental, exiled boggart, lightning axe,

and, what will your defense be while waiting for all these suspend cards to come into play? you will be at such a disadvantage by the time you become a threat that it won't matter that you get something big out.

lower your mana curve and find some lower casing cost cards

coat of arms could help your opponent, and its expensive to cast.

my globin deck runs 3 Voracious Dragons, I’ve won more than a few times with casting that after an all out attack.

@ deftones
UNMAKE, not REmake uses BLACK or white. while i agree they do not belong in this deck because it will require 3 black, you double failed. wrong name and dont know the casting cost can be paid with any combo of 3 black or white mana.

@ Araknid. when running a dual color deck, try to avoid cards that require two of one color to cast. unless you have great mana fixers, it will just be a hassle trying to ensure that the right number / color mana is available. so, trying a spell with 3 black (in your case) will be even harder.

i would add underwold dreams (i know what i said about 2 or more of one color mana in a dual deck), millstones, grind stones, Oona, ect. just google discard decks and see what pops up. you have a base to start from with this deck. drop down to 60 cards, the less you have in you deck the sooner you will draw the cards you need to make the combo work.

Aven Trailblazer? it will be a 2/1 flyer for 3 mana. you only have 1 basic land type, Plains.

In my opinion drop these cards:

Blood Tyrant; great card to have in a reanimator deck and with more than 2 players. other wise it will just slow the deck down.

Oona's Gatewarden; its not in a fay deck, it can only block then it will die. no point.

Seething Song; great card when you can team it up with other songs to really lay down a huge X cost spell. you don't have any X casting spells. this makes 5 R mana, can you always use 5 R mana in a Tri-color deck? if not then drop it.

Elder Mastery; 6 mana! i'm sure you could find many more creatures to play for that cost. or other spells like banefire, you could do 5 points of damage for that much mana...

Wistful Thinking; unless you are casting this on your friend when hes tapped out just to make him empty his hand ( and even that is pretty weak) its +'s are out weighed by discarding 4 cards.

This will take you down to 60 cards.

The only combo i see in your deck is the Redcap and Liege. when the redcap comes back into play (with a -1) if its during your turn you can say when each ability triggers; the Liege will give him two +1 counters, then the -1 and one of the +1 counters cancel each other out and you are left with a 3/3 Persist with no counters on it that then does 3 damage. you just need a way to sac him. i'm thinking Fodder Launch. (then maybe Boggart Birth Rite to get the Luanch or the Redcap back if something happened). but all this is pending on finding the single Liege.

Another question i want to ask is, do you have to play Blue? try and put a B/R deck together. I think it would work smoother than this tri-color.

again, just my thoughts.

think about adding:

Dolmen Gate
Prevent all combat damage that would be dealt to attacking creatures you control.

that way all the tokes you are creating wont be killed on the attack
.

any mono white tribe deck should use this guy: he's a Kith and doesn't need to tap to pump everything.

Mirror Entity:
Changeling (This card is every creature type at all times.)
X: Creatures you control become X/X and gain all creature types until end of turn.

as an alt win try: Voracious Dragon / Boggart Shenanigans

Boggart Shenanigans:
Whenever another Goblin you control is put into a graveyard from play, you may have Boggart Shenanigans deal 1 damage to target player.

Voracious Dragon:
Flying
Devour 1 (As this comes into play, you may sacrifice any number of creatures. This creature comes into play with that many +1/+1 counters on it.)
When Voracious Dragon comes into play, it deals damage to target creature or player equal to twice the number of Goblins it devoured.

think about some creature removal: Terror, Dark Temper, Terminate, just to name a few. that way you can clear a path for your thoctar to crunch in and pump him at the same time. by droping slave of bolas you will lower your mana curve and insta-pump your creatures instead of waiting till end of turn to sac the stolen creature and then get the +1's.

try Tendrils of Agony instead of grapeshot, it's black so you wouldn't need to splash red into this deck.

+4 Jhessian Infiltrator, is a must, as it is always unblockable.

also try double cleave.

If you don't mind adding in older cards for casual;

Soltari Priest: Protection from red
Shadow (This creature can block or be blocked by only creatures with shadow.)

Soltari Monk:Protection from black
Shadow (This creature can block or be blocked by only creatures with shadow.)

ummmm.... 20 mistveil plains?

did i miss the update that said you can have 20 copies of a non-basic land card in a deck?

this is a deck that is made when concerted effort comes out, yet you only have one? with no tutoring?
