So you can fix your mana or to be discarded by Fauna Shaman to pull the creatures you really want. Fauna Shaman is there to dump early Vengevines in to the greaveyard so they can be pulled out by double casting creatures, and to pull what creatures you want when you want them. Squadron Hawks will put 3 more into your hand ensureing easy creatures to cast to pull Vengevines out of the grave yard. And they can be equiped easly to fly in for damage.
