Because i have about 90% of the cards above so i only need to trade a few :).
If im going with the geist itll cost me a lot more money/cards.

You sir are in desperate need of dual lands :).

Other than that, The mana curce is really really steep. I'd suggest to use more cheap and efficient creatures like Plague stinger, Glistener Elf or Ichorclaw combined with pumping abilities such as Titanic Growth.

Thanks for the advice, seems logical. The wolf run isnt really helpfull, just realized that myself :).

Actually i had urabask in there, but if im going the battlecry way it would probably be better to have Hero of oxid ridge. The battle cry goes nicely with spikeshot as well.

Timely reinforcement would probably be better as a sideboard, against other token decks. Good call, will swamp them around for some Champions. Tragic slip also a good card, but as i will have enough chump blockers combined with deathtouch from the vault, its probably not neccesary.

Thinking about break of day as an extra finisher

Imo you have too little creatures to make it a really fast deck. I've drawn a couple of hands and 1 creature (if your lucky) for 8 turns isnt really good. Added to that, u dont really have a lot of protection when u dont draw creatures and late game u wont do much good as the few creatures you have will just get chump blocked

Few swaps i would make:

-3 titanic growth
-4 vines of vastwood
-1 misty rainforest
-1 verdant catacombs

+3 blight mamba - regenerate is always good to have
+3 rot wolf - gives the opponent a choice, take 2 counters or let you draw a card that can mean even more counters
+3 spinebiter - a bit of late game to give the final push on your opponent

Seems to me the boots are for the Lord and not the illusions as they get hexproof from the lord :).

But these illusion things are funny hope WOTC does some more with em in the upcoming block!

Seeing as you only have creatures with flying Gravitational shift may help.

It is quite expensive and a bit of a double sided sword, as your opponents creatures with flying get the boost as well.

Probably in conjuction with the phoenix, as the phoenix will go back to his hand as soon as the atillerize deals its dmg.

Best thing about it that it just cannot die from normal damage when it gets enchanted / equipped with something that gives it +1\+1. It's quite devious because a lot of people still dont know that :-)

You got a point with the lands, tried it a lot in the draw hand and. 65% of the time it isnt that big of a deal, but the other 35%... Uff, that sucks :) 6 come in to play tapped is a bit much.

Swapped out 2 glacial fortress and 1 halimar depths for 3 adarkar wastes

But what about the rest of it, think it's up to speed or?

Yeh i kinda noticed in the sample hand drawing.. it kinda sucks not having 2 red mana for 2-3 (or more) turns.

How about Arid mesa for fetching?
