I was thinking about taking 2 Ajani's out and put in Nefarox as main board but I don't know what I would in side board to replace that.

To be honest I don't think running white in this deck is the best idea, The white just makes it harder for you to cast the chieftain third turn. You have enough burn to deal with creatures so oblivion rings aren't that relevant. I can understand the mentor for more card advantage but you could kill them by turn 5-7 if you really wanted to

Replacing 1 Restoration Angel with Elesh Norn would be good, complete board control once she's out

I do appreciate your criticism, I like the exiling cards in hand with Karn and whatever creatures they do have out I either destroy it or use Liliana to make them sacrifice it. Then get as many emblems with Sorin along with Gideon so he becomes 7+/6 each turn. I agree it is a slow deck but it tends to get the job done at FNM.

Please leave a comment on how I could make this deck more efficient.

Have you considered adding a Lorescale Coatl?
