Birds will very likely be reprinted in return to ravnica. :) as for the rest of the deck, try furor of the bitten and curse of the nightly hunt to make enemies attack and put counters on the dragon. Also, you have a lot of aggressive cards, but if you want enemies to attack you and pump the dragon, you need defenders. Wolfir avenger is a nice flash blocker with regenerate, I would add 4 of them. They're most likely going to attack (if they want to kill me) but i don't like curse of nightly hunt because I think it's either a hit or a miss, too risky for my taste. Wolfir avenger is perfect for this, I needed a 3 drop but couldn't think of one. And birds better be reprinted or I'm gonna be one angry player. Thanks for the help :)
Then do furor of the bitten. I mean, I run aggro, and I can win by only attacking a few times if I side in burn. Decks with white can easily exile the dragon, and delver decks can bounce him back to your hand and remove the counters. There's lots of ways around the dragon, if you want to make it playable, this deck is gonna have to be very responsive and have lots of comebacks. You already have enchantment removal for oblivion ring, but I think You need a deadly recluse to take care of delver decks. Honestly, I pictured the dragon in a red and black deck. Blood reckoning and the dragon would make nobody want to attack, and shimian specter can get rid of any card you're afraid of before it hits the field. If this doesn't work out, you should try that. :)
I might switch green for black, just need to brainstorm on creatures for a bit than I'll change it
You could always do three colors if you don't think of enough creatures

It might be worth it to add white for ajani caller of the pride and gideon jura. ajani puts counter on the dragon directly and gideon makes your opponent attack him

i like what u have here but i think ur a lil too top heavy. at this point, slumber seems to be just that. more of a sleeper until he gets online. hmm.
i put in Mikaeus for more counters faster
Probably will want more O-rings in place of either doom blade / go for the throats (side board whichever you take out) cause I guarantee there will be multiple times when you play this deck where you'll think "Damn, I wish I had an O-ring right now". Just some friendly building advice.
i removed the doom blades and a tragic slip and added the full set of o-rings
