Deck Description

So basically the idea is to get Goblin Tunneler onto the field and make an infect creature from the deck unblockable as fast as possible. Then cast enchants and instants to boost the infect creature before it swings (must have tapped Tunneler first because it stays unblockable even after being boosted). Do this one or two turns depending on how many poison counters were placed on the opponent.

Inkmoth Nexus is in case there are no Tunnelers on the field. Lightnint Bolts are for destroying any blockers if there is no Tunneler on the field.

I'm not sure what to add to the Sideboard and I still don't feel like this deck is quite effective yet. Any suggestions?

Deck discussion for Red Infect

Try panic spellbomb to get rid of blockers and remove the flayer husks. Replace them with ichorclaw myr, it's aggressive and can weaken blockers.
