How competitive do you want to be and what is your budget?

Infect is pretty much solved at this point for modern, but doing things a bit differently can be fun.^_^
Your land count should be 20, since you want to be running 4x Inkmoth Nexus and 2x Pendelhaven.
Assault strobe is very meh since it's sorcery speed and can't be cast during the combat phase. Temur Battle Rage has proven over and over that it is just better. Honestly I feel like you should drop assault strobe for Gitaxian Probe, since it's a free spell that tells you whether or not the coast is clear to go for the win and as a bonus it relplaces itself.
Blood seems very weak here, some spot removal in the form of lightning bolt or dismember seems better. Clear the way and whatnot.

Whenever I see someone make a Chains deck I get all sorts of giddy inside, even if the card isn't competitive.
I recommend splashing blue. Why you ask? For the best combo pieces to ever happen to Chains.
4x Standstill
Because Standstill with Chains is hilarious and absolutely frustrating.
As for what to drop, you'd have to drop things that you probably consider fun like 2 Spirit Cairn, 1 Soul net and 1 creature.

Now if you want a creature base after splashing blue I recommend Bloodghasts and Prized Amalgrams. Free creatures is fun.
Another strategy you could do would be to throw in a couple Unburial Rites and 1 or 2 fatties.

The creatures stuff is really optional, but if playing Chains, you should really consider Standstill.

Of course there are also cards like Teferi's Puzzle Box and Wheel and Deal for ever more flavor.
Howling Mine is also really good.

I'm not saying I've played around with Chains...... but I've played around with Chains.

What would you drop for it and how many would you include?

If he was legal in standard then sure.

I mean, encase in ice deals with Sylvan Advocate, Duskwatch Recruiter, and Tireless Tracker, and the variations of some slots are Lambholt Pacifist, Bounding Krasis and Flip Nissa. Seemed like not a bad filler.
The reason there's only 3 is because he dies to everything, doesn't even trade with most creatures that are played and is really just a cute addition that synergizes well with enchantments but probably doesn't actually accomplish anything since it doesn't draw cards.

You could go all in on the assemble/purphoros plan with blood artists. That would give you the room you need for 4 path, 4 bolt, 4 inquisition of kozilek, 3 thoughtseize, and 4 go for the throat/pyroclasm.
I mean, you'd still have the core of the deck,
3x Purphoros
4x Assemble
4x Blood Artist
4x Zulaport
3x Illness
4x bolt
4x path
4x inquisition
3x thoughtseize
4x go for the throat/pyrclasm/damnation/read the bones/painful truths.

The mardu plan is real.

I'm just not sure how I feel about 4 sigils, they're fun and all, but just 1 is enough to win the game. Usually when I force enchantress in modern 2 is the correct number to play, so I figured that I would try 3 in standard.

It was mostly something to put in that slot since I didn't know what else to play. Basically it is an enchantment with an effect.:P

I don't know, I'm already 4 of 3 different removal enchantments plus the Encase and Suppression Bonds. What would you replace Tamiyo with?

First I have to ask a few questions before offering suggestions;
Is there a budget on this or is this something you're looking to build over time?
What is your local meta like? Or is this a casual group?
Are you trying to stay legal in a certain format?

Ah yes, Bant CoCo, the cancer of standard.
Sorry, that might be a bit harsh, but Bant has taken first in every recent top 8 and there is always at LEAST 3 Bant lists in the top 8 of every event, several even have 5 in the top 8. The last time a deck was this oppressive in standard cards were banned.

Except, you know, even at it's most active the players that play cards like swords to plowshares or any single card that costs more than 1 dollar were in the minority by a massive margin.

This, so much this. If your entire deck as a whole costs more than 20 bucks then nobody likes or comments. It is like they go 'oh, he spent 50 dollars on a deck, that's way too much money to spend on a hobby, next.'
That or some theme that people forgot existed because it's not good, or some 3-4 piece combo that's incredibly difficult to assemble if your opponent has literally any interaction.

Everything still points to it being a sideboard card. If Tron is at the point it's casting Ulamog and Emrakul you have almost no chance of winning, especially if they have a way to find Karn, or just have Karn in hand. O stone also blows up the ensnaring bridge. Ulamog also just blows up bridge.
Eldrazi Winter happened, I don't recall many lists mainboarding bridges though.
I honestly didn't even realize anyone was still trying to play hexproof/bogles or elves. Even so, spellskite and whipflare, which are almost always in the side, is good enough against hexproof, and aether grid shuts infect down hard.
Don't get me wrong, Ensnaring bridge is a good card and is really good at what it does, but is usually not played in aggro stratagems.

What does ensnaring bridge beat that the regular affinity list already can't beat? You're generally fast enough to beat any deck that is trying to go over the top, you're usually faster than most mid-range decks with a lot of evasion and the only match up that's as fast as you is infect. I mean, if you really want to sit there with no cards in hand and try to beat them down with an ornithopter or signal pest and instant speed equipping plating then sure.

Plus Cranial Plating has that handy instant speed equip ability that slips through as well. Why this card was ever printed as a common is a mystery.

You're dead to any aggro plan, this is why tron usually mains 4 pyroclasm. 4x spot removal doesn't make it.
I see your deck and it's full of air. Most of your walkers are just win more cards that only help you if you're already ahead.
Every one of your walkers with the exception of karn should have the ability to wipe the board, and karn is just really good at what karn does.
You're walker base should be as follows;
4x Chandra Flamecaller
4x Karn
3x Ugin
1x Nicol Bolas, Planeswalker (1 Bolas because bolas is fun.)

Why? Because this is how they work, each of those walkers comes with text that reads, stabilize the board and then win the game. After that it becomes the standard r/g tron list with 4 Sylvan scrying, 4 pyroclasm, 4 oblivion stone, 4 chromatic star, 4 chromatic sphere and you replace ancient stirrings with oath of nissa.

^ Sword of the Meek is an inevitable win condition that slots into a control shell with Tezzeret, Agent of Bolas.
