so the creature gets the +1/+1 bonus for every exalted creature on the field? that's what i was missing. i guess i need to read the card closer. this deck seems much better now that i understand that.

I think every naya deck needs bloodbraid elf. especially since you're running birds and woolly thoctar. Dream scenario is turn one forest and birds. turn two play a mountain and use the birds for white and play a thoctar. turn three play another land and use the birds to get bloodbraid elf which then cascades for another thoctar. 5/4, 5/4, and 3/2 on turn 3!

I'm not real familiar with the exalted mechanic yet. I am yet to try and use it in a deck. However, it seems like running a bunch of cheap creatures defeats the point of exalted. what good is it to get out 3 or 4 creatures early when to use the exalted mechanic only one can attack? Like I said I know very little about exalted and maybe there's something I'm completely missing. Let me know what you think.

The deck is pretty good, but it seems very one dimensional. There is absolutely no removal or protection. If you get behind in the fight it is pretty much over, not a lot of ways to turn it around unless the opponent lets you build a big army and you hit them with overrun. I may be a little biased because R/G is my favorite combo, but I would splash a little red. It would allow you to use bloodbraid elf instead of the visionary. Since you're using llanowar elves (one of my fav cards) you're gonna be accelerating mana and not gonna need another one drop. You could go turn one llanowar, turn two perfect and turn three bloodbraid which cascades into another elf (hopefully vanquisher). that gives you a 2/2, 2/2, 4/3, and 4/4 all by turn three. use the red to play some soul's fire or incinerate and clear the one or two creatures your opponent has gotten out at that point and you're swinging for 12 on turn 4. talk about speed rush

alright thanks. i agree about the high cost but i wasn't sure what alternatives i liked. i always thought cliffrunner behemoth was more expensive than that. i think i'm gonna run that now
