Hmm work on the curve, cut a whip and a Nykthos, add another Liliana, get Hero's Downfalls instead of asphyxiate. Try to move the creature base to a more aggro form. 4 Bloodsoaked Champions, 4 Master of the Feast, 4 Squelching Leeches, 4 Grey Merchant, and 2 Overlords. Cut the Empty the Puts, run 2 Murderous Cut, 2 Despise, 2 Sign in Blood, 4 Bile Blight, and fill whatever space is left with Temples and another swamp.

Lol good advice, but why would he need temples? This is a mono colored deck XP
Just the scry effect is useful, it's just going to be 1 Temple, I ran the list through my app after commenting.
I would actually swap Master of the Feast for Herald of Torment. Sure, it's just one card your opponent gets to draw, but you could be helping them through a mana flood, or even worse, having multiple Masters out will cause multiple card draws. On the other hand, Herald of Torment pings you one life that will be restored by Grey Merchant, and you can bestow to make your small guys bigger flying guys. Lots of versatility.On another note, I agree with DHamlin. You want to be fast enough to compete with Jeskai and kill before Abzan can get a foothold. I would use Thoughtseize instead of despise though. Just today I was playing for a few hours against my friend using my Mardu deck against his Jeskai Deck. There were many a time where I would waste a mana to use Despise on his full 7 card hand, and he wouldn't have any creatures. Thoughtseize would have let me steal his End Hostilities of Mind Swipe instead of resolving Despise empty handed. Yes, you lose two life from thoughtseize, but that is why you have Grey Merch.

Honestly, I don't give 2 shits about them drawing another card. This goal of this deck is to fuck them over with Gary + Master of the Feasts. If the kill them, So what? Whip 'em back and swing for another 5 or get that gary going. Keeping the Master of Feasts
You're never going to win with Grey Merchant ETBs alone, only get the trigger twice per merchant, and that's assuming you even get them to the graveyard. Once the whip is out no one is going to let you get them in the yard, they'll banishing light or suspension field them, or just exile them outright with devouring light or perilous vault. As for Master of the Feast I agree its a good choice in this deck but the rest of the creature base is so slow you're going to have trouble getting any damage to stick. They'll let the master in, and kill it as soon as they get a draw off it. After that the rest of the creature base is just not good. Overlord is decent assuming you can ever get enough devotion to make him worth it. Overall this deck has serious functional issues that'll cause you a world of problems.
