Interesting idea. there's a lot of room for improvement for the lands though. the gates are so slow i suggest the shock and buddy lands. for instance running stomping ground over gruul gate and steam vents iver izzet gate and rootbound crag over halimar depths will speed this along a great deal. yes they are more expensive but they work MUCH better than the gates.

Not a problem. you may wany to consider quicksilver amulet as well. drop the dragons for four as well. at least for the sideboard.
