What you want to do with this deck is beat your opponent down with Searing Spear and Boros Charm to the face. Deal with his big creatures with Turn // Burn, Azorius Charm, or Syncopate. And decimate his battlefield with an Overloaded Cyclonic Rift. For your battlefield, get Young Pyromancer out when you get her. Start casting instant and sorcery spells to build up a small army of 1/1 Elementals. Get Bubbling Cauldron out so you can declare blockers using your 1/1 Elementals and before combat damage is dealt, Pay 1 mana tap Bubbling Cauldron sacrifice a 1/1 Elemental for an easy 4 life gained. If Ral Zarek is out, you can use his +1 ability to tap target permanent, and untap target permanent, so you can basically use Cauldron twice on your turn. Wall of Frost is probably one of the best defenders printed so far. 1UU for a 0/7 that when he blocks a creature it doesn't untap, very awesome way to slow your opponent down and control the game. Snapcaster to make sure you are always growing your 1/1 Elemental army, and fodder for Bubbling Cauldron.

I know Lightning Bolt isn't standard but I don't play FNM. I just play casually with friends. So it isn't a big deal. Thank you for the comment.
You know what I will add Azorius Charm in place of Lightning Bolt.
