The deck is based on making lots of tokens and beefing creatures with counters. There are also some control spells, that slow down the opponent. OK, i'll write some combos nad show how it works: Mana makers: llanowar, skyshroud, archdruid, harbinger. Token makers: doubling season+imperious, lys alana, promenade. Buffers: imperious, archdruid, magistrate, joraga, champion. Finishers: ezuri, champion(+ prismatic on the opponent, if he doesn't have a forest), disappearance(actually i think i'll replace it for a "spare from evil", since it's an instant, it's cheap and my friends don't have many humans) Constructive critics is welcomed :3

Thanks for the comment. Originally i had Parallel Lives, but then i discovered Doubling Season, which is the same, but gives a really nice buff of counters, especially, when you have the Magistrate and Joraga on the field. The only drawback is that it's really expensive :3
I use parallel lives as well I my human token aggro but doubling season works great to nice deck elves sometimes give my deck issues. The only worry I wed have is its a big deck (76) cards. But if it is working for you good job http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=374776 my tokens deck that uses parallel lives
Well, you're right, i might have issues with lower possibility of drawing the needed cards... but i don't actually have ideas on how to fit it into 60 cards... Great deck you have, by the way. Pretty simple and seems to be effective :3
