This deck is a heroic deck. That should come in hard and fast. Boost creatures fast and coming in with the kill. With a regular hand it should be able to kill in about 6 turns if not too apposed.
Turn one should be a one drop creature or better hardened scales. Turn 2 creature or spell to boost and attack then turn 3 if you have hardened scales the play another spell or a creature and attack if you played a spell still attack the opponent will be around 5 in optimal conditions. Turn 4 the kill or close to it.

Idk, I think that cutting the outlast guys and replacing them with removal and buff spells, mostly auras, would help the deck a lot.

ok, sounds good do you have any suggestions on what spells?How does the deck looks now?
Oblivion ring, unflinching courage, just google u/g auras and you you'll find lots of useful stuff.

Only problem I see is I think eighteen creatures for this deck, but that could just be me.
Solidarity of Heroes is a nasty play with Hardened Scales.A good heroic deck! Leaving +1 like.
