Start typing a card name and use the auto-complete feature to quickly select the card you're trying to add. Enter a quantity and add that card to your sideboard!

The idea behind this is to beef up enough monsters to swing for fatal. Fairly straight forward.
Try to get both the Corpseweavers out, then empty your slitherheads into the graveyard. Pull each for +4/+4 and drop Rancor onto whatever you put those on. The rest of the scavenge can help with that, but thats a pretty basic combo.
