Nice deck here. I've tossed the idea for an arcbound deck around a time or two, but never managed anything this smooth. The only arcbound I know off the top of my head that isn't here is Arcbound Slith, but after a bunch of sample hands, it doesn't seem necessary at all.

That he did, but then again, that's the case with most of my decks.
For the most part, the main deck looks pretty good. You don't really need multiple Copperhorn Scouts out since you won't normally want to be sitting on more than one at a time, so you should be safe dropping one or two of them for some other cards. With the low mana curve you are running, you should be safe just adding in more spells and not worrying about more land. As for the side board/maybe cards, Regal Force is a bit risky since with Ambush Commander, Gilt-leaf Ambush, and Imperious Perfect you may end up drawing more than you would want to. Personally, I'm partial to running Elvish Promenade or Primal Command, for mass creatures or utility respectively. Though either of your mass hexproof cards would be a welcome addition as well, especially Asceticism for the additional source of regen.
