Make sure you get Bloodline Keeper out to generate tokens for defense and sacking off to Blood Funnel. The point is to get yourself a Blood Tribute in hand and then cast it with a Sanguine Bond on the field and at least one untapped vampire to instantly win the the game. (Tap a vampire to pay kicker of Tribute, Sanguine activates and wipes out the other half of the opponents life.)
