taking this deck to FNM tonight Ramp up the pod into Falkrath Aristocrat / metamorph that and Geralf's Messenger. If opponent is still alive, Bust out Zealous Conscripts steal his stuff / sacrifice / pod / attack it. If they are still alive, pod for the Massacre Wurm. Aggro heavy in my zone so that is why my sideboard is this. Crypt Creeper - get rid of Frite deck / Snapcaster jazz / lingering souls / zombies Nihil Spellbomb - same Ratchet Bomb - planeswalkers / tokens/ equipment Obliterator / Falkrath / Zealous - swap in when need be. Usually against wolf run / frite / or other fatty decks Act of Aggression - useful on aggro decks or delvers. Swing with Geist of Saint Traft 2/2 and 4/4 Angel. Snag the angel kill traft. Or Take over the bladesplicers Golem, kill the splicer pod the token. Hex parasite - Undying counters AND my main reason is Planeswalkers. I got steam rolled by Tamiyo / Venser. Not anymore. Ratchet bomb / Paraiste and my remove should get me into the red to take them out. I am debating on taking out tragic slip and putting in 1 more Brimstone Volley / Arc Trail. I was also kicking around the idea of swapping out 2 Nihil Spellbombs for 2 more Crypt Creepers in case of aggro. my basic sideboard strategy is if you have time to set up the pod, leave it in. Usually against Delver / UW control / Frites. The slow stuff. I would suggest swapping all 4 out if you are going up against RG Aggro / GW human aggro / Zombie aggro. I am lacking artifact removal, I know. My idea is either race them with Falkenrath or your horde of zombies, or take over their creature. The equipment drops and you can kill the critter. I would like 4x Cavern of Souls, but I don't own any :( Critiques or suggestions are always welcome! Please feel free to comment with an opinion or something.
