Burn with a splash of black. you have dark confidant to pump your creatures, and with bump in the night you now run 20 spells that are one drops to do 3 damage!!!
burn as fast as possible. the combo of confidant and monastery swiftspear should have you doing alot of damage fast. then add in goblin guides and the burn spells themselves and you are acheiving turn 3-5 wins

I don't like 4 Shard Volley. You may have a very low curve, but you only have 19 lands. You don't want to have to sacrifice 3-4 of those seeing how that may be all you see in a single game. Other than that, looks fun and suicidal enough.EDIT: Where you get those mountains?

Type your deck name...I had them in a box from when i was younger, they are from the "unglued" set yea i dont love shard volleys, i usually hold onto them for the win, but i havent found anything better to replace them with
Explain the dark confidant swiftspear combo
Just that confidant lets you draw an extra card, so in theory you can draw to burn spells a turn, both triggering swiftspear
Confidant seems slow and out of place I guess, is he any good in this delver heavy meta right now?
Well im going to say no right now . i think burn is bad right now. with delver being almost as fast damage wise, and being able to counter some of my spell, and drawing more cards... yea i love this list but it is not functioning well in the meta
Gotcha, I've been putting up really good numbers with my burn list still, I haven't not gotten within either top 8 or 4 at my LGS. :3 Maybe that's because helix is just really good against them, rakdos charm even better, I dunno delver seems really easy to beat with Mardu burn... :D
