This is the 1996 World Champion deck made by Tom Chanpheng. I will be posting all World Champion decks for everyone's information. FYI: Chanpeng's winning deck included a Sleight of Mind, but no sources of blue mana. This stems from an error in his submitted decklist. He was forced to use plains in lieu of the 4x Adarkar Wastes he had planned to include.

What I would like to know is If Tom Chanpheng played all the games in the tournament without the Adarkar Wastes in his deck, or only the final game he had to play without it.
