Deck Description

This is my Near Death Experience deck! The point of the deck is to get down to 1 life at the beginning of your upkeep and win that way!

How to Play

As I said, the point of this deck is to get down to 1 life at the beginning of your upkeep and win that way! To do this you have Plunge into Darkness, Wall of Blood, Mischievous Poltergeist, and to some extent, Righteous Aura. To make sure you don't go lower than 1 life from shenanigans, I have Worship (with Poltergeist or Wall of Blood) and Angel's Grace.

Turn 5 is a little late to drop your win condition against some decks, so I put in Righteous Aura to stop high damage sources, Wall of Blood/Mischievous Poltergeist for blockers, and Mana Tithe (my personal favorite) to stop combos or counter an important spell. No one expects a counter spell from a white deck.

The ways to actually get Near-Death Experience is from Plunge into Darkness or Spoils of the Vault.

This is a budget deck, so the land base isn't the greatest, so if you want a better land base, feel free to use Godless Shrine, Isolated Chapel, and the kind.

Lastly, I put cards on the Sideboard that you can run in the deck as well, including some red cards that could help too if you want a three color deck or swap out the black cards for the red cards.
