This is a Wolf Tribal deck! There are a bunch of cards that generate wolf tokens and good tempo as well. The best thing is - this is a super cheap deck, even cheaper if you replace the Garruk Relentless with some other wolf in its place!
Its pretty simple, all you do is play your early wolves, use Moonmist to prevent damage and hopefully flip Mayor of Avabruck, and beat down your opponent with wolves! The best target for Raised by Wolves would probably be Wandering Wolf because if basically makes him unblockable.
