Mirrodin Pure seeks to control the battlefield at every turn, fighting forces of chaos and atrophy. This is primarily a control deck with a lot of fun cards that allow you to use your opponent's tricks against them as well as plenty of synergy amongst your creatures and artifacts. Platinum Angel is a later play and so this deck can control the battlefield until it gets out there, thus allowing you more space to maneuver and attack your opponent with a host of offensive options. Especially intended to play against my New Phyrexia deck.
