Increase odds of drawing one. And as mentioned below, Time Vault is not legal so this is just for fun.
Consider Followed Footsteps, or splash black and white then Etherwrought Page is pretty awesome.
Both great cards for this but they'd also take about as long as Reactor to win.
I was really excited about this deck until I learned Time vault is not tournament legal and is extremely expensive.
