This is the deck i use against my friends. i use what cards i own so adding multiple copies isnt always an option. We play casually with no restrictions other than no more than 4 of a card per deck excluding basic lands. If you have the cards, you can use them is our general rule. We generally use 70 - 80 card decks due to 4 player free for all matches.
To date the only weakness seems to be it's defensive approach until late in game and it is poor against infect, which i have no protection from. Golgari infection decks seem to pose the biggest threat when i use it. For the most part i build up an army and heal whle getting ready to wipe everything with gideon. elspeth provides healing and tokens to aid in protection. after building gideon's loyalty up, i exile all other permanents so foes dont even have lands to use. then i use gideon's 0 ability to take other players out. if that strategy doesnt work, i take unruly mob and commanders authority to throw tokens at people for attacking and blocking so unruly mob grows in power and attacks when strong enough to survive.

I understand you are limited to the cards you own, but I would recommend trying to get some of the following - Oblivion Ring, Journey to Nowhere, Arrest, Path to Exile, Recumbent Bliss, Fiend Hunter, Banisher Priest, Murder, Doom Blade and Bone Splinters. They are all White or Black, and some form of removal or creature stopping. This should help you with problems against Golgari and Infect, but Path to Exile is a little bit costly.

path to exile actually would aid gideon, and for the most part i keep my foes creatures alive to make gideon grow quicker. arrest pacifism and similar are highly useful.
