Deck Description

Strategy... Overwhelm the opponent with more goblins that you can shake a wand at. I've played it a few times, made my revisions and here is the latest incarnation. It's working pretty damn good right now, but I'll have to play it about a thousand more times, just to be sure.

Obviously, the meat and potatoes of this deck centers upon getting a bunch of nice 1/1 goblinz into play and boosting them with Signal Pest and Goblin Wardriver cards. The Goblin Gaveleer makes good use of the Infiltration Lens while providing me with a bit of a card advantage.

The Lightning Bolt and Galvanic Blast cards help to add some direct firepower to the deck. They do a fine job of clearing the way so my horde of goblinz can get through!

The sideboard, takes care of some problems that I've run into. Should I not have enough goblinz to finish the game, I throw in the Siege-Gang Commander cards. Considering that they're a 2/2 creature that gives me three more 1/1 goblin tokens, and allows me to sac 'em as mini Goblin Grenades (2 damage each), 5 mana isn't as steep as I'd originally thought. Burst Lightning is there to add a bit more firepower to the deck, should I need it.

Master Warcraft is awesome! Game winner and I don't know why I haven't seen it in more decks. But, I've sideboarded it because I've found that having more goblinz out on the battlefield usually gets shit done. However, those times when I begin running into monster decks or, godz forbid, another deck that pumps out creatures like insect hives, those cards net me a couple of very hard hitting turns.

Leyline of Punishment? That's for all of those damn life gain decks that I've seen since Avacyn Restored was released. Those things piss me off as half of the time I can't burn 'em fast enough to win the game. They always seem to have around 5 stinking Life at the end when I've expended everything I have. ARGH!

Act of Treason needs no explanation. If my opponent has great big monsters? I scream, "Sick 'em!" from across the battlefield and my opponent's monsters do some of my dirty work.

Some days you run into those damn Infect (pretty common 'round here) or curse decks (hardly seen, but existent), so I've put in Witchbane Orbs to handle them.
