Personally I would get rid of some of your non-stacking slivers. I would cut down to 3 of galerider, homing, and striking slivers. I would get rid of all your gemhides. (you have plenty of mana) I would also cut out your vivid groves. I would add in something that gives either regeneration or double strike (clot or sedge) (bonescyth or fury). Also I like crystalline slivers rather than diffusion slivers. Lastly if you have the cash, I would get a legendary sliver or two if your budget permits. Sliver legion is the best, but sliver hivelord is a cheap good alternative.
Honestly a playset of collected company would be better than the megantic slivers and make this more consistent. And I think a 2 of the genhide would be good so you can dump your hand turn 4 or 5. The mana base needs a lot of help tho.
