Submit a list of cards below to bulk import them all into your sideboard. Post one card per line using a format like "4x Birds of Paradise" or "1 Blaze", you can even enter just the card name by itself like "Wrath of God" for single cards.
I designed the deck to be how I think Nicol Bolas would play, as cruel as possible. I am constantly revising and rebuilding. Any and all suggestions are appreciated.
The deck requires massive amounts of mana for the larger spells. Use the traveler's amulets as soon as possible. Creatures are mainly for blockers, but if you have a chance to attack, make them feel the discard. Master of Cruelties and Whispersilk Cloak for infinite life answer. Once you have them to a draw and play game, painful quandary will keep them in check while lavaborn muse does her work. Board wipe with cyclonic rift and warped devotion to reset their field and make them discard it all! Cruel Ultimatums and Nicol Bolas when finally played will do any remaining mop up. The deck is slow but very fun to play.

As stated in your "how to play" little slow and not built for 1v1m but it looks really fun regardless. I've played the whispersilk cloak and master of cruelties combo many times and its super effective.

I have modified the deck. I took out the early game discard after a thought, the deck is truly in it for the long game. I used the 5 slots to add 3 mizzium mortars, 1 soul ransom, and Circu. I also traded in the whispersilk cloaks for 2 warped devotions. End game cyclonic rifts turned into a reset for them but also an escape from the end game discard mechanics. With warped devotion, the returned permanents will be discarded. Hope you enjoy this latest mod.
