Very cheap white/blue deck with wizard - Azor´s Elocutors. There is lot of prevent damage and counter spells. I think, that very important creature is Elite Arcanist. When you exlie Clockspinning you can give counters on Azor´s Elocutors again and again. You can also exile some prevent spell, counter spell or Steady Progress.So if you have luck, you can win game in 6 rounds. Nice gamePlease help me with some cards.Thanks

Gilder Bairn could help you with filibuster counters and you could run 4 copyes of Thrummingbird.Holy Day or Dawn Charm could change Riot Control since they cost 1-2 mana.After all deck is looking nice.
