and to actually help zeus here, add more seargeants so you have a better chance of getting them. 3 to 4 id say. i would get rid of the krakens eye and view from above, they dont add anything to the deck. you also need more lands. 19 isnt enough for a 60 card deck that is playing high costing creatures likethe mirror dude. for a 60 card deck you should have around 24 lands. maybe also add some sejiri refuges to make your mana base better or glacial fortress if you can afford them. if you can, adding more wall of denials is always a good thing. other than that, mirror-sigil is always a fun concept and i like the idea.
First off nice deck had to give it +1 because it deserves a much higher rating than zero, next i would agree that it needs around 24 lands, if you use some of the newer dule lands it may make the deck a bit faster and keep you from getting mana screwed but over all its a good idea and although the deck is expensive it is a cool deck. Lastly i have to go out of my way to point out how big of an ass hole Cakins is you don't go to a deck and point out every single card you can think of to destroy the deck, you comment to help the deck builder improve his deck. if you want to suggest cards to help protect against some of the listed card that would be a different story if you are willing to roll a little green you can have Aerie Mystics which gives all you creatures shroud (cards like that will help the deck).
Seriously Cakins, this deck is pretty good, and it is a cool idea, though it has been done before. You are a nobody whos intention is to stroke your own e-peen.

Nice work Zeus. I'd give you the same suggestions as the others before me. Secondly I am ashamed to see such childish behaviour coming from such people. I mean Cakins grow up all the decks in this site have a good opponent some where. We post our decks so that they can be improved upon and so that we can share them with other players around the world. I am sorry to say you don't deserve to be on this site and I wish such arrogance to be banned completely.
My comment wasnt ment to be mean, it was ment to be constructive critisism. All I ment was for you to LOOK at my suggestions and think of ways around them. Look at which of the cards are used then add counters most likely and then add more than 1 Mirror Sigil...
CAKINS SPAM
You'll probably want to go up to 24 lands, as was suggested. I'd reccomend you make four of those Terramorphic Expanses, as they help a little with building up landfall triggers. Another option would to add Fieldmist Borderpost, as it can also work with landfall, and it's a blue permanent to trigger the Sergeant. Another fun combo with Mirror-Sigil Sergeant is Paradox Haze. It's a blue permanent, obviously, but you also get and additional upkeep to copy your rhinoceri.
I kinda agree with most of the sensible people here that if you want to make it really good you will want multiples of the sergeant... also I'd suggest some levitations because making them all have flying is just awesome oh and you should ignore that Cakins or whatever because they were assuming the person was holding out for a counter spell (they didn't mention a double pyroclasm or anything of that nature where it's mass kill)... but yeah it looks like it's be fun to play and honestly if you wanted it to be not only fun but fast I'd suggest going full bant colors for mana acceleration
