This is a control deck. I had a good one in the tournaments that back when invasion block was still fresh. Counterspells were much better back then, and we also had Fact or Fiction. Waterfront Bouncer backed up all the counters and creature kill, and Phyrexian Scuta sealed the deal. But we can make some very nice control decks nowadays.
