Main Deck (61 cards)

Sideboard (15 cards)

Enchantments (2)

Submit a list of cards below to bulk import them all into your sideboard. Post one card per line using a format like "4x Birds of Paradise" or "1 Blaze", you can even enter just the card name by itself like "Wrath of God" for single cards.

Deck Description

My take on Dimir... Long live Dimir! Need more adjustment, please help. Thanks! =)

How to Play

Mill, mill, mill...

If you have Undead Alchemist, then you'll have lots of creatures...

If you have Nightveil Specter, then you can play almost anything in your opponent's deck...

If your opponent has tons of cards in his graveyard, play Consuming Abberation then fling with Essence Harvest (or Fling if you splash red)...

Mind funeral would already fall under modern bro.. Trying to keep the deck standard, though if I make it into modern, alot of nasty cards will be included. :)

Thank you for the comment.

trepanation blade, that's a start. curse of the bloody tome could work and even though it isnt the best mill card, it'll wear them down. dream twist is nice too and flashback allows it to mill 6 cards before all's said and done. chill of foreboding can mill ten cards, but it forces you to mill as well. dreadwaters can guarantee at least 4 cards milled and only gets stronger the longer you wait to cast it. soulbind galvanic alchemist to stern mentor and thats a half decent combo. mindcrank is definitely the card to go to though. each tme you damage an opponent, they're forced to mill that many cards. mind sculpt is a powerful mill and is cheap to cast, so definitely check that one out too. sorry for making it such a long post

It's okay... The first time I made the deck and placed all the cards I wanted, I ended up with 100+ cards! LOL.

I thought of the oyher cards but they only mill 2-3 cards except for dread waters and mindcrank. I want to keep it creature- based and massive wheb I mill... Actually the ultimate combo I want to do is the Consuming Abberation + Essence Harvest in one turn. *evil laugh*... LMAO!

I've placed Gridlock before but since a lot of cards have Hexproof or will give hexproof, I'd rather have global effect card like Aetherize... Might consider as a sideboard...

Thank you for the comments! :)

I'd reccomend dropping the Broker, Essence Harvest and Grisly Spectacle and go for some proper removal instead. The Specter isn't very good either to be honest since your not running anything that gives other colors than your U/B.

Other then that, looks very nice :)

I wil consider removing Broker and Grisly, but prolly keep Essence since I really enjoy the combo when you have Consuming Abberation in play. :)

Will prolly replace them with Sever the Bloodlines or Tragic Slips...

As for the Specter, it only hit me that you still have to cast them.. Wow! That was a noob in my part, didn't notice that I still need to cast them. Hahaha! So yeah, prolly change the lands with duality of either swamp or island and add a couple of Chromatic Lantern. Thank you so much for pointing that out. ;)

Consuming Aberration -> Dying Wish -> Essence Harvest -> Devour Flesh. Perfect draws only, though.
