I love Hydra decks and this is not a bad one at all, although there are several things you can do to help with your mana ramp.

I do not care for Seek the Horizon or Frenzied Tilling because there are a number of better alternatives. Throwing in two or three Into the Wilds and 4 Gyre Sages would work into this deck very well. Into the Wilds works because you have a 40% chance of putting down an extra land every turn and Gyre Sage would be beautiful because of the high defense on your defenders constantly triggering its Evolve.

Fitting those two cards would make the deck a lot smoother in my opinion, and if you ever want to consider making a Hydra deck outside of Standard, feel free to take a look at mine.

i don't know how i didn't see the gyre sages. those will more then defiantly be in the deck before im done. i do agree there are better choices then the seek the horizon but they are what i currently have... frenzed tilling i do plan on dropping to a side bored due to i have ran across some pretty well put together mazes end decks at my local shop.

im also thinking of just cutting blue out of the deck because its really only in there for the ludevic's test subject. witch wont be standard much longer anyways... any suggestions either way?

You may want to consider scrapping the Mana Blooms or Seek the Horizon for Ranger's Path. Opens up a lot of options and is very versatile if you ever run shock lands. If you find some more wiggle room, 4 Elvish Mystics would also help a lot.

You also cannot go wrong with running several Fogs to help keep your Defenders alive. Other than that though, this deck is pretty solid.
