I would love to put in Opportunity, but (a) Thoughtflare fuels the grave and (b) it is very hard to get 6 land in this deck. Taking out Curse of the Swine is probably a good idea, but I have needed it quite a bit to exile those big nasty creatures. I wouldn't really mind taking out one Inaction Injunction (in fact, I might even take out both and put them into sideboard), but I don't think Lightning Strike and Izzet Charm can fill the same roles...
They're not meant to fill the same roles, they're just there to be better.
