If your opponent has Extinction, you are out of luck. Also, your deck seems really expensive, what with almost every card being Rare. Have you tried playing it? I'm wondering how it would fare in a game.

Now I've never played with Suspend or Vanishing before, but from the looks of that deck, I would add in another Jhoira's Timebug, just because you really want the flexibility of moving time counters around as quickly as possible! I would also put in more Reality Strobes as they seem quite handy.
