Necrotic Ooze used with cards that have Dredge ability.
First you need a card with Dredge in your graveyard. Rotting Rats lets you discard one.You want to dredge every turn and use Unburial Rites or Grim Harvest to return Necrotic Ooze to your hand.With Necrotic Ooze in play you can use Avacyn's Pilgrim's or Intrepid Hero's ability to tap, then Order of Whiteclay's ability to untap and return a creature to the battlefield. Use Gigantomancer's ability with Necrotic Ooze to turn all your creatures into monsters.I would have much rather used Life from the Loam than Tilling Treefolk, but I'm cheap.The deck functions well against creature based decks. I don't know how well it would do against token or enchantment based decks though.I should also note that the estimated value is higher than it should be. It shows Stinkweed Imp is valued higher than it can be purchased for.
