A $25 legacy fluctuator combo deck that can easily win on turn 3! Turn 2 wins are possible with the lotus petals and lightning axe from the sideboard, but playing all of them can be risky due to having less cards that can cycle through the deck. The sideboard features the turn 2 win combo, an astral slide/stoic champion package, and a little protection from counterspells. Overall, the sideboard only costs around $10, so all 75 cards are $35, making this a great deck for those who want to combo out on a budget!

Cast 2 lotus petals, tap the first one to cast lightning axe, discarding laboratory maniac. Tap the second one to cast unearth, get laboratory maniac back to the field, cycle out the rest of your deck and win.
