The deck attempts to get a Demon out as early as possible. The plan is to spam the board with cheap black creatures so that we can play DDOG on Turn 2 or use the effect of Demon's Herald on Turn 3. --Card Choices--Black/Hybrid CMC creatures are used in order to fulfill both requirements of having three colours of creatures (Black, Red, Blue) while keeping the CMC as low as possible. Imortal Servitude seems like a good choice for a deck full of CMC 1 creatures although I am still a bit skeptical to be honest.Inkfathom Infiltrator is used mostly just as another blue target for Demon's Herald. Would prefer another CMC 1 target, however none exist at this point.Flayer Husk provides two things: a black token, and a means to give that extra +1/+1 to Demon of Death's Gate so he can punch for 10 a turn (potentially taking out an opponent a turn earlier)
