I'd drop some Splatter Thugs for more Gore-House Chainwalkers. The extra toughness isn't really much good considering you shouldn't be blocking with them in first place. Unleash all the way. You have other creatures for blocking (ie. Carnage Gladiator)Add some Rakdos Cacklers for one-mana drops. Seems fairly straight-forwards otherwise. Pewpew, and so forth.

Drop the drakes. They're straight-up crap. Three mana for a 2/3 flier that can't even block? Your greatest flying defense should be offense. Use Rakdos Cacklers or Undead Revelers or Thrill-Kill Assassins. Anything but Rakdos Drake.
Drakes are good in drafting and that's about it, agree with VintageFTW. Since you have Rakdos himself in there don't forget Master of Cruelties and Sire of Insanity. Daresay Crypt Incursion might be a suitable sideboard option? Launch party and dying wish is another perfect Rakdos flavoured combo.
Well, these are guild-themed decks; he only uses cards with the guild symbol, so Crypt Incursion is out. Although I do use it in my Rakdos: I've gained 21 life. It's great!
Esper deck with Supreme Verdict. LAWL. Sorry I didn't realise it was THAT limited... I thought it was block constructed, not whatever is the plan here...
I only use cards from the Return to Ravnica block with the Rakdos mark.
