A fast paced budget competitive modern sliver deck. This deck is supposed to win by turn 5 hopefully with primal surge. This is a work in progress I will continue to improve, and I am willing to add to the price if necessary. I am hoping to make this below $140. I am not sure how to make this more efficient, and I need some help on this deck. I'm not sure if Quicksilver Amulet is the only thing that can make this more budget.Problems:Deck is too slow and I need something to speed it up. Removing Aether vile takes away from the speed. Setup our early board with as many attackers as possible, and adjust to your opponents board to stop their strategy. Continuously swing for large amounts of damage while still having blockers (vigilance). After dealing large amounts of damage to your opponent and gaining large amounts of life too, cast primal surge to seal the win.
