I wanted to create a deck with planeswalkers and dragons. So ended up with gruul for mana acceleration. The 5cc dragons should be playable on turn 3. Opponent might need to spend quite alot of resources to hinder your inevitable plan. Giant helps to control the board and Bloodbraid Elf helps to bring out 3cc cards, which this deck has alot. And Glorybringer-Vigilance combo should be pretty cool.
Start with Once upon a time and draw that you need. Then play either Arbor Elf or Utopia Sprawl as first drop. Ideally, on turn 2 you'll play a planeswalker/pillage or Bloodbraid Elf, if you're lucky. Turns 3-4 is when the dragons should start appearing. Atarka's command can be used as mana accel or as a finisher :)
