I feel like you don't need birds of paradise.
It's more mana correction than mana ramp, since the deck is three colors.
Maybe Harabaz Druid would fit better? One cmc slower, but gives way more mana.
nice deck man, thought about adding in knight exemplar? +1 +1 and indestructible
use cheaper lords. knight exemplar, maybe some slivers, some allies, maybe goblin lackey?
and i dont think enlightened tutor is worth it
