Disrupt your opponent through removing their land and taxing them as much as possible. The best cards in this deck by far are: flickerwisp, leonin arbiter, and Thalia, Guardian of Thraben. Flickerwisp can do almost everything from removing problematic permanents for a turn, can be vialed in to disrupt creature combos, can be used to essentially untap lands and then some. Arbiter is extremely important to the game plan of preventing searching which happens too much in modern. This is especially powerful when paired with ghost quarter and path to exile. Thalia shines when facing decks that don't have a lot of creature spells and make it more of a headache for them. Splicer can be flickered for value and golems are good for blocking things like etched champion of infect creatures that are given protection from white. Mirran crusaders are your beatdown preference but die easily to lightning bolt. Swords can easily be taken out, they don't do anything on an empty board but have helped me win games a lot so they stay in for me. If running mono-white build you certainly want to run the horizon canopies for card draw which is in short supply in white decks.
