Deck Description

Simple aggro deck trying to make the best use of Athreos. Any pointers or tips are appreciated as I'm still not certain about the deck.

How to Play

Fairly straightforward

T1: Thoughtseize or a one-drop creature
T2: Cartel Aristocrat if you played a one-drop, otherwise another two one-drops
T3: Athreos or one of the flyers

-Against Monoblack, you want to side in Erebos, dark betrayal, and deicide to take care of their Erebos.
-Against Monoblue you want the doomblades replacing thoughtseize and deicide coming in to deal with their thassa
-Against Esper control replace Master of the Feast with Lifebane to negate their extra draws as well as deal with Blood Baron, put in the duress and thoughtseize and take out ultimate price along with Erebos to negate their life gain and Deicide to get rid of a pesky banishing light or detention sphere

Deck discussion for Orzhov Aggro

Pretty good aggro deck, I feel it. But you should know that playing 4 mana confluences is a terrible idea. I never play more than 3, even in combo decks. This is because if you draw multiples you will probably burn yourself out. Also, although you are trying to play on curve, even monored decks play scrylands because in the late game you can plop them down, get rid of a land off the top, and that's basically as good as drawing you a card. I would definitely go for -2 Mana Confluence, -1 Mutavault, -1 Swamp, +4 Temple of Silence.

I like the rest of the deck, and a decent sideboard too! We could see this type of deck hitting Grand Prixs pretty hard.

I tested it out with the scrylands as you said and at times it was slower than I would like it to be. The deck obviously needs fine tuning, but I think 2 or maybe even 3 Confluence with 2 temple of silence it a good fit. Bumping the lands to 22 might help too.

Thanks for the tips.
