Please offer suggestions. I need more early game mana ramp. Maybe some balancing of mana curve? seems a bit high during sample draws. Help narrow down to 100 cards. Should armored ascension go in? Is Kjeldoran Outpost and Tower of the Magistrate good?

I just can not figure out what to change to make it any better. I have a few cards in the description that are possibilities for change. Not sure which should go in, and which should drop.
Yep. so I've played around with this deck quite a bit and I'm pretty sure this is as good as this deck with rune tail as a general can possibly get for mid budget. This deck is a lot of fun, but there are deffinately better mono white generals. I really think Eight and a half tails or maybe radiant archangel are probably among the best for mono white. I still highly suggest toying around with this general because it is always pretty interesting, especially multi-player. I'll probably abandon this general pretty quickly for something a bit more interesting.
