Liliana Vess is my favorite Planeswalker hands down. One day, I thought: You know what would be cool? Liliana's very own insanity-themed deck. I was immediately reminded of cards like Mind Rot and Liliana's Caress and the deck slowly started to come together in my mind.As a side, you could sub out the Dark Rituals for something else if you want to make the deck Modern.
Basically, the deck revolves around getting rid of your opponent's hand with stuff like Mind Rot and Wrench Mind, as well as creatures like Liliana's Reaver and Hypnotic Spectre: Then you have effects that profit off of your opponent discarding/not having a hand, to win the game for you. The Smartest strategy is to mulligan until you get Liliana's Caress (AKA: why the deck works) and then go from there.NOTE: This deck is not meant to be competitive (Also note from the Legality), but more just for fun; It's fairly easily countered.
