some kind of mutated spawn from my kill'n' deck..
some notes:
Too many non basic lands, this will be exploited with sideboards..

useless cannon fodder is kinda pointless in decks like theese..
hence noggle bandit, and delver of secrets is just slowing you down.

cunning sparkmage should get swapped with a proper sniper say gelectrode..

and if you're scared of having too few creatures in play, get search cards instead of putting worthless creatures on the field..

thank you for taking time to check my list. =)

hmm...how do i fix my mana? which non basic lands would you keep?

i agree with noggle bandit, 3cmc is too slow unless it's Wee Dragonauts. although i would disagree with delver of secrets. he really packs a punch at 3/2, since the deck has lotsa instants and sorcs. =)

i also agree with gelectrode, but i can't find the card yet, hence the sparkmage =))

which kinds of search cards would you recommend?

i actually just replaced my Surrakar Spellblade with that Noggle Bandit, would it be a better choice?

Surrakar Spellblade is ok, gives you access to those control cards..

3/2 flying.. its ok, i guess.. if not you can use it as a sac creature..

Drift of Phantasms is great defense and also have a transmute, that lets you browse..
Mask of the Mimic, might work aswell.. depending on the situation..

Though Drift of Phantasms are useful, i think it would make the deck slower.

Removed the Ravlands. =)

Oh kilnfiend....friends and I are constructing a deck based around him for modern ptq. In ne this year. I will come back and show ya we came up with and might help Yu ou ;)
