Okay only weaknesses I can see right now is freaking dismembers and go for the throat. Need a good card that will protect humans from spells like this. nice deck man :) i would only add some dual lands (Seachrome Coast and Glacial Fortress), and maybe 2 or 3 Moorland Haunt. aldo add some counters, like mana leak!!

Stave Off and Nevermore are really good cards I found to work against black. I would put in Seachrome Coast and Glacial Fortress if they weren't so expensive.
take out mask of avacyn and add swiftfoot boots if you are going to play a hexproof equip.
